Experienced UAT Test Lead Wanted

This is a 6-month contract opportunity for an experienced UAT Test Lead to lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and be able to design, document, and execute UAT test cases to ensure thorough validation of software functionality and user experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting on testing progress and results. They will also facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, gathering feedback and ensuring that all identified issues are addressed before deployment.
As a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, the UAT Test Lead will ensure clear communication and understanding of testing objectives and outcomes. Additionally, they will monitor and report on UAT metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and overall testing effectiveness.
They will work closely with the technical teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, and develop effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise in software testing and project management, and contribute to the success of our organization by delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
