•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:


•Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.


•Familiarity with automation tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:


•UAT Planning & Strategy


•Develop and manage the overall UAT strategy, scope, and approach.


•Define UAT entry and exit criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders.


•Create and maintain UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.


•Stakeholder Coordination


•Liaise with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on UAT objectives.


•Facilitate UAT kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessions.


•Act as the primary point of contact for all UAT-related activities.


•Test Case Management


•Review and validate test scenarios and test cases prepared by business users.


•Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.


•Oversee test data preparation and environment readiness.


•Execution & Monitoring


•Monitor test execution progress and ensure timely completion of test cycles.


•Track and manage defects, ensuring resolution and retesting.


•Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership.


•Quality Assurance


•Ensure that the solution meets business expectations and is fit for purpose.


•Validate that all critical business processes are tested and approved.


•Support go/no-go decisions based on UAT outcomes.
