Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of palliative care services at ST LUKE'S HOSPITAL. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.

  • Develop and implement palliative care programmes that meet the needs of our patients and their families;
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and expert facilitators to ensure smooth programme delivery;
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient programme delivery;

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business-related discipline and experience in running groups and working with elderly individuals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business-related discipline;
  • Experience in programme management, particularly in palliative care;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel;
