Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate medical professional to oversee our palliative care services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to provide guidance and support to our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our palliative care team, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide medical advice and guidance to junior staff members and students.
- Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognised by the Singapore Medical Council.
- Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- At least 2 years of post-housemanship work experience in relevant disciplines, such as geriatric medicine or internal medicine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to travel for duties, including house visits.
