**Job Title:** Music Program Coordinator

The role of a Music Program Coordinator is to oversee the overall music program, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets its objectives. This includes coordinating with teachers, staff, and students to provide an exceptional music education experience.

Responsibilities include establishing new sales opportunities, securing sales to achieve individual sales budgets and course enrollment targets assigned. Additionally, you will provide professional sales and product services to all customers' enquiries, converting them into enrollments and sales.

This position also involves assisting in organizing events and roadshows to promote music products, conducting trial lessons, open houses, and student concerts/graduation events as planned. You will ensure smooth operations of the music school, assist with store stock requisitions, and maintain adequate inventory levels at all times.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational and time management skills. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the retail industry is required.
