Job Description

The School Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating music programs and events at a local school. This role involves working with students, teachers, and parents to ensure the smooth operation of the music program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and identifying new sales opportunities to achieve individual sales budgets and course enrollment targets.
  • Providing professional sales and product services to all customers' enquiries to convert to enrollments and sales.
  • Assisting in organizing events and roadshows to promote Yamaha products.
  • Conducting trial lessons, open houses, and students' concerts/graduation events as planned.
  • Ensuring smooth operations of the music school.
  • Assisting with requisitioning store stock replenishment and maintaining adequate stock levels at all times.
