Patient Service Associate Role

As a key member of our team, the Patient Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and schedule appointments for patients efficiently and effectively
  • Assist doctors with administrative tasks and/or simple procedures as required
  • Manage email, phone, and upfront enquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide chaperone assistance to patients as needed
  • Ensure the overall décor and cleanliness of the clinic are maintained at a high standard

Requirements:

  • Able to work 5.5 days a week during office hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
