Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the highest level of quality and process excellence across all aspects of the organization.

This involves providing end-to-end support for audits, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up. The individual in this position will maintain accurate and current records, policies, procedures, and controls across all compliance frameworks.

Audit artifacts will be collected and organized, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a link between internal teams and auditors, facilitating smooth communication and timely responses.

In order to drive continuous improvement initiatives in process governance and audit readiness, this person will contribute to various projects and initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of networking concepts and operations. Familiarity with audit frameworks such as ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BCMS, and SOC 2 is also required.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills are essential, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail is necessary for this role.

Additionally, the candidate should have a basic understanding of compliance and risk management principles.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferably, the candidate will have 3+ years of experience in networking or network operations.

Certifications in ITIL, ISO, or audit-related disciplines are a plus but not required.
