Job Summary

As a Research Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the generation of novel antibody drugs utilizing cutting-edge technologies. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the advancement of therapeutic molecules.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct peptide screening via ELISA and bead-based separation to identify optimal binding configurations.

• Perform DNA/RNA analysis including primer design, PCR, qPCR, purification, and electrophoresis to elucidate genetic information.

• Analyze proteins using SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and ELISA to understand protein structure and function.

• Lead identification screening in drug discovery and participate in antibody, protein, or peptide engineering to develop innovative therapeutics.

• Apply biopanning techniques such as phage display, SELEX, in vitro compartmentalization, and microfluidics to optimize molecule interactions.

• Contribute to RNA-related analytics, protein purification, NGS data analysis, and Biomek operation to support molecular research.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, or Molecular Biotechnology is essential.

• 1-2 years of working experience in a related field or fresh graduates are welcome to apply, providing they possess relevant skills and knowledge.
