Are you passionate about shaping the minds of young children? We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Teacher to join our team.
**Job Description:**
As a Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a secure and quality learning environment that fosters nurturing relationships with children. You will work closely with the Centre Supervisor to plan and implement the curriculum, ensuring it is well-structured, engaging, and responsive to children's needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a child-centred programme that aligns with the ECE Framework principles.
- Establishing good relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
- Participating in Centre initiatives to support collaborative efforts with the community.
- Role-modelling professionalism in appearance, speech, and actions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
We require a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in Early Childhood.
