Job Title : Childcare Teacher (Malay / English Language)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with young children, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework;
  • Marking students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics;
  • Ensuring marked scripts are returned in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records of students' progress and catering to students' educational needs in a timely manner;
  • Being actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology;
  • Providing timely feedback to parents and addressing their concerns appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Passion for teaching and working with young children.
