Early Childhood Education Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Specialist.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities that align with relevant curriculum frameworks.
  • Key responsibilities include assessing children's learning needs through regular observations and evaluations, designing engaging activities that support the curriculum and pedagogical strategies, and applying effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification is required.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is highly desirable.
  • EDCA (L2) certification or a Mother Tongue Language Certificate is necessary.
