About Our Client
Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1965. Initially, it started as a medical hall and later evolved into a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. With its GMP certification, the company has solidified its position in the industry.
Sales Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to manage existing customer accounts, develop new business from leads provided by the company, and source new customers for our products. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the TCM industry or possess a strong knowledge base in this field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Source new customers for our products
- Regularly visit retail shops to generate new sales and follow up on orders
- Promote new or relevant products to existing and potential customers
- Ensure smooth implementation of promotional activities
- Address and resolve issues related to company policies, products, service, and delivery time
- Expedite urgent orders through self-delivery when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and market developments
- Participate in sales-related activities such as exhibitions and road shows
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A relevant certificate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or two years of working experience in the TCM industry
- Preferably, experience in sales or account management
- A strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and supplements
- Excellent communication skills, including English and Chinese
- A valid Class 3 driving license and a vehicle (if possible)
