Job Title:

Case Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Case Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with experience in handling court administration, case management, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send report requests to relevant agencies for Pre-Sentence Report cases.
  • Track and calculate Community Service (CS) hours to monitor completion.
  • Manage case records in the Case Management System, including uploads, conversions, and closures.
  • Prepare and handle documents for case transfers, mailing, and filing.
  • Print, scan, and email documents as required.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Legal Studies or other relevant discipline. Relevant experience in handling court administration will be advantageous. Immediate Starters are preferred. Only Singaporeans can apply.
