We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related industry. Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess good written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all bookings for air and sea shipments
  • Liaise with air and sea carriers and customers
  • Prepare and manage sea documentation, including bookings and BLs
  • Assist in the Customer Service department and report to Team Manager
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of all tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related industry preferred
  • Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Possess good written and spoken English skills
  • Residing in East Zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang)
