We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Besides planning and coordinating logistics operations, your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing inventory levels and conducting periodic cycle counts;
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to obtain shipping quotes and compare costs;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or a related field) and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations. You should also have knowledge of import and export procedures, including Air & Sea freight, and be familiar with Incoterms 2020 and Harmonized Code classification.
