At our organization, we seek a seasoned and innovative change management expert to spearhead the successful integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Adoption Planning:
    • Develop tailored adoption plans based on unique workflows and client requirements.
    • Identify key stakeholders and design comprehensive change management strategies.
    • Monitor adoption progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Creating Awareness:
    • Engage employees through informative sessions highlighting benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
    • Facilitate awareness programs for seamless employee understanding.
  • Tailored Training Initiatives:
    • Design and deliver training programs catering to diverse user groups.
    • Provide adaptable training for Generative AI integration into daily tasks.
  • Resistance Management:
    • Address and empower employees to embrace new technologies.
    • Listen to feedback and incorporate it into the change management plan.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business or related field (Master's degree preferred). 10-15 years of experience with 3-6 years of progressive experience in change management. PROSCI Change Management Certification is an asset.
