Job Description:
High-Performance Computing EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Computing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale computing systems for artificial intelligence applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing large model operators, optimizing parallel strategies, and improving performance for inference and training. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the chip department for hardware-software optimization and research cutting-edge technologies for large models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize large-scale computing systems for AI applications
- Develop large model operators and optimize parallel strategies

- Research and introduce cutting-edge technologies for large models
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, Software, or related fields. You should also be proficient in C/C++ or Python and have strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Apart from the requirements, it would be beneficial to have experience with distributed parallel computing optimization, memory access optimization, and low-bit computation. Familiarity with deep learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and operator computation methods is also desirable.
