**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide sales support, collaborate with the sales team and/or customers on a daily basis to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare and process quotations and contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up on quotations until work orders are received, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, tender documents, and supporting documentation.
  • Perform other assigned duties related to sales support functions.

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the pest control or related industries.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, interested in learning, and understanding the industry.
  • Strong team player and communicator with good attention to detail.
