Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and generate quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
  • Handle staff and customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various HR duties as assigned, including data entry and report preparation
  • Coordinate general administration tasks and support sales and technical staff
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and issues, and update job status reports
  • Liaise with external parties, including consumers and suppliers
  • Support sales and technical staff for job orders
  • Proficient in English and Chinese languages, with additional languages a plus
  • Previous experience in an automotive firm is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
