Job Overview

This role involves serving as a key technical liaison for designated accounts, championing the deployment of advanced security solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organisations.
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand customer goals and align strategies to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular health checks and service reviews to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and workshops to enhance customers' overall security posture.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical account management, database security, or information security.
  • Expertise in database security technologies, including data encryption, access management, and threat detection tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, CASB, UEBA, and other security technologies.
  • Industry certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing expert guidance on new features, tools, and updates related to database security.
  • Developing and maintaining customized roadmaps for database security initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
