Counterparty Credit Risk Specialist

This hybrid role is a critical part of our firm-wide team operating within the broader Traded Credit Risk Methods department.

The department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust measurement and reporting process for counterparty credit risk across internal, regulatory and customer credit risks.

Our team collaborates closely with other functions such as Sales & Trading, Credit, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations to ensure accurate and timely measurement of counterparty credit risk in achieving sustainable returns.

Key skills required include analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of counterparty credit risk management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify key trends and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a relevant field such as finance or economics, and relevant work experience in a related field.
