**Job Title: Senior Construction Design Manager**

  • Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Design Manager to lead our construction design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design development process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also oversee the coordination with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

The Senior Construction Design Manager will be an expert in conceptual and detailed designs, including value engineering proposals during Tender/ECI stages. They will ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
