Job Title: Regional HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to join our team as a Regional HR Leader.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed teams and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance business performance, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability within the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading regional HR transformation projects;
  • Developing and executing annual HR business partnering and advisory processes;
  • Overseeing employee relations, talent and succession planning, performance management, and salary and bonus reviews end-to-end;
  • Championing change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.

You will work closely with HR COEs in Group HQ as part of a global HR team, ensuring seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, with experience in driving HR strategies that align with business goals.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and developing HR leaders;
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-touch consultative service to the business;
  • Building trust and credibility with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.

  • Executive coaching and relationship management skills;
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex HR transformation projects.
