Business Development Associate

At a dynamic startup, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Associate to join our team in Singapore.

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of business development at our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily outbound calls to homeowners who have signed up for our services, understanding their renovation needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. They will also match homeowners to relevant renovators based on their specific renovation requirements.

In addition, this individual will provide friendly and professional responses to homeowner inquiries via chat, resolve issues and concerns effectively, and develop strong homeowner relationships by maintaining regular communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners through daily outbound calls to understand their renovation needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Match homeowners to relevant renovators based on their specific renovation requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to homeowner inquiries via chat.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners by maintaining regular communication and providing a positive experience.
  • Gather feedback from homeowners to help improve our services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, a friendly and persuasive communication style, and a genuine desire to help advise homeowners on their renovation journey. Proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Common Formulas) is also highly valued.
