Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

This role is responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating renovation works on equipment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current IT trends.
  • They should be able to provide technical assistance to the renovation team.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma or degree in logistic and supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of IT systems including SAP HANA and ORACLE ERP
  • Good business acumen and understanding of profit and loss concepts
  • Prior experience in project management and data visualization tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau
  • Familiarity with ASEAN region and willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing renovation works procedures
  • Assist in establishing technical manuals and standards
  • Ensure that renovation works are carried out according to schedule
  • Plan renovation works schedule with supervisors
  • Prepare purchase requisition for materials or sub-contractor works
  • Liaise with customers on schedule for renovation works
  • Liaise with appointed sub-contractors on work schedule
  • Report to superior on all matters relating to the department
  • Co-ordinate with other departments and overseas on matters relating to renovation works
  • Prepare, record and submit all documents relating to renovation works
  • Conduct patrol checks on renovation works
  • Assist in investigation of damages/accidents and prepare necessary reports
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policy, reduction of waste and Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA)
  • Ensure work processes are carried out in accordance to ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements
