Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead workforce transformation and reskilling initiatives in the integrated facilities management/ environmental services industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and propose relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce transformation and reskilling initiatives in the integrated facilities management/ environmental services industries
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders including government agencies, associations, tripartite partners, programme partners to develop and implement relevant manpower interventions
  • Consult with employers to promote adoption of WSG programmes and progressive human resource practices
  • Develop deep understanding of employers' hiring demands and recommend suitable candidate profiles
  • Coordinate with employers on hiring outcome and monitor closely on sector hiring demand

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce transformation and reskilling initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
