Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with each customer from the initial showroom encounter. This involves identifying their needs and offering professional suggestions to ensure they make an informed flooring choice.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to improve service excellence and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Core Requirements:

  • Hold a GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification as proof of academic achievement.
  • Prior sales experience is highly valued but not essential, as on-the-job training is provided.
  • Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant personality, showcasing enthusiasm for building customer relationships.
  • Show a strong work ethic, adopting a positive attitude that enhances the team environment.
  • Exhibit a sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed, consistently striving for excellence.
  • Be proficient in English and Mandarin, facilitating effective communication with diverse customer groups.
  • Display flexibility and ability to work on weekends, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
