- Contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and adhere to operating guidelines.
- Develop solutions and estimate costs for all business requirements and change requests.
- Lead project teams to implement solutions that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors on estimations, high-level solutions, and end-to-end functional deliveries.
- Guide development teams on functional and technical issues.
- Modify existing programs when required.
- Maintain project documentation according to bank standards.
- Resolve application and system functional issues with internal teams and vendors.
- Evaluate quality deliverables by adhering to appropriate standards and procedures during the development process.
- Execute tasks related to project/changerequest/maintenance request.
- Solve SIT and UAT issues and queries.
- Triage and resolve SIT and UAT defects with SA.
- Provide guidance on parameter setup and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Recommend and execute improvements to processes.
- Partner with testing teams to review test strategies and brief on business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in developing and delivering global/regional cards solutions for multinational companies.
- Minimum of 7 years of technology experience with at least 5 years System Analyst capacity in the cards application domain on a mainframe platform.
- Familiarity with cards to design effective solutions meeting business needs.
- Knowledge of cards loyalty and rewards functions.
- Experience with large-scale cards migration will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in project managing teams of developers and vendors for timely delivery of system enhancements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of the system development life cycle.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
