The role of Graduate Career Development Assistant Director involves providing world-class career services to Nanyang Business School's graduate students. The position holder will engage in team leadership, problem-solve and drive strategic initiatives for the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with the GSCDO team in providing multi-faceted career workshops, networking events, company presentations, etc.
  • Drive business development and employer engagement to secure full-time jobs and internship opportunities in Singapore and globally.
  • Identify global career opportunities for graduate students and develop strategies to engage key hiring companies in priority markets.
  • Develop tiering and engagement of companies in key markets, with a view to securing full-time jobs, internships and industry projects for students.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Degree from a top-tier global business school.
  • Good knowledge of practices and hiring mandates of companies across different sectors in Singapore and in key international markets.
  • At least 10 years' work experience, possessing strong and deep networks with hiring companies.
  • Proven track record of business development including internal and external successful collaborative and leadership experience.
