Senior Construction Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identify areas for cost savings, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyze and resolve complex project-related issues and conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with relevant experience in construction planning, program coordination, and project management for major construction projects. They should also have expertise in using Primavera P6 software, critical path method techniques, and construction sequencing.
