Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate audio-visual equipment in banquet and meeting rooms
  • Ensure all equipment is fully operational and repair or clean as needed
  • Label broken equipment and communicate issues to management
  • Tape down and dress loose wires and cables
  • Check equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order
  • Communicate additions or deletions to flowsheets to management
  • Assist and instruct guests on proper equipment usage and operation
  • Upsell different AV services and monitor equipment operation
  • Break down and remove equipment when not in use

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
