Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze, design, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of the organization. This may involve working with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing current processes, and developing recommendations for process improvements.

The Business Process Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that all solutions meet the required standards and are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or Business
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Functional Consultant or in similar business process
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • Experience in designing and implementing Travel, Claim Request Approval, Invoice Creation and Approval, Budget Application Approval, and Discount Approval Applications
  • Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
