Job Description:
This position involves performing a range of mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects. Key responsibilities include assembling complex discrete wire harnesses, cables and other electrical components. The role requires working effectively with team members to meet daily production output and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of mechanical assembly operations including assembly, modification, rework and reassembly of production components.
• Utilize hand tools and machines to prepare production components for assembly.
• Participate in first-time production runs of new products and assist with cycle count activity, inventory handling and transactions following established material procedures.

Requirements:
• Essential mechanical assembly experience is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and ability to read diagrams and drawings is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role.
