Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar">
  • Throw trash, maintain SOP behind the bar">
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times">
  • Restock bar glasses, napkins, straws etc.">
  • Track inventory">
  • Assist in preparation for business hours and table setup">
  • Practice safe work habits and take a consultative role in maintaining a clean, tidy work area and a healthy working environment">
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for its intended purpose">
  • Assist bartenders/mixologists with ad-hoc requests">
