Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cocktail Specialist to join our esteemed organization. As a key member of the beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of innovative cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with the Head Mixologist to develop new and exciting cocktail recipes and assist with special events and promotions. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to provide an outstanding guest experience will make you stand out in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology. You will possess a deep knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, be adaptable and outgoing, and have excellent interpersonal skills.   • Develop and serve a variety of creative cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.
