Job Title: Medical Aesthetic Sales Representative

Medical Aesthetic sales representatives are responsible for achieving customer satisfaction in medical aesthetic involving meeting and surpassing expectations. They interact with customers in a professional, friendly, helpful, and positive way.

The role encompasses several key tasks:

  • Following up on warm leads to convert them into appointments for aesthetic clinics and medical spas.
  • Serving customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing them as necessary.
  • Providing company information such as location, services, and operating hours.
  • Engaging in sales conversations with customers and following up on calls.
  • Managing reception duties, registration, and scheduling appointment bookings.
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Able to handle service and sales-oriented environments.
  • Strong customer relations.
  • Able to work confidently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
