Regional Fragrance Strategy Manager Job Description

This is a dynamic role for an experienced manager to lead the regional fragrance strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania markets. As a Regional Fragrance Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and growth across the business. This role requires a proactive learner who is passionate about contributing to commercial success and eager to drive growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the regional fragrance strategy aligned with the global vision.
  • Drive commercial initiatives, identify new opportunities with distribution partners, and monitor performance on a market-by-market basis.
  • Partner with market Managing Directors, commercial, and marketing teams to execute respective strategies.
  • Enhance long-term equity and visibility of the fragrance category across all distribution channels in SEAO markets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for fragrance commercial performance insights in SEAO.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in MNCs; luxury retail or FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing sales performance and negotiations.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Strategic partnership skills within a matrix environment.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; decisive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead cross-market discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Resourceful and resilient.
