Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early years educator to join our team. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a class of children, planning and implementing curriculum and programs that cater to their development. You will also build strong relationships with families and community partners, and contribute to the overall growth and development of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programs that promote child development and innovation.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including centre staff, families, and community partners.
  • Manage family and community programs that foster community engagement and social responsibility.
  • Conduct routine caregiving and strive for excellence in delivering high-quality services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of EY2-L1 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood - Teaching.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Motivation, energy, and passion for promoting children's learning and development.
