Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior data scientist to lead our team in driving innovation using advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning. This position involves setting up and implementing data-driven solutions to resolve complex industrial problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data scientists on projects improving logistics, supply chain, assembly, maintenance, and quality.
  • Develop and standardize data and MLOps platforms for use within the organization.
  • Serve as project director or technical expert on key initiatives, overseeing execution from inception to deployment.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a lead data scientist solving industrial problems and ensuring adoption of data science and AI solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills: breaking down complex issues, developing novel ideas, and deploying solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate has expertise in at least one of the following domains: Data Analytics, Optimization, AI/ML, Generative AI & LLMs. They also have a functional interest in at least one of the following areas: logistics, supply chain, assembly, quality, maintenance, or enterprise functions.

  • Broad knowledge of emerging technologies and lessons learned from their application.
  • Risk management in AI, ML, and data science, including ethical considerations.
About You
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
