**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Data Strategist to join our team and help us drive innovation in the financial services marketplace.

As a key member of our Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing transformation programs that support clients' transition towards a data-driven organization. You will develop seamless data strategies that solve complex business challenges and enable better-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Transformation Programs: Execute client transformation programs to support their transition towards a data-driven organization.
  • Develop Seamless Data Strategies: Bring to life a seamless data and analytics strategy that solves complex business challenges.
  • Implement Data Operating Models: Design and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data.
  • Leverage Data Platforms: Leverage data platforms and solutions to help clients visualize and better understand their data.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on how clients can innovate with traditional or emerging technology tools.
  • Lead Client Proposals: Lead and support the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting and appropriate to your level).
  • Data Analytics Experience: Experience in data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.
