About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Manager to join our team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED. As an Actuarial Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular actuarial valuations of life insurance products, preparing detailed actuarial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct actuarial valuations and provide accurate forecasts using actuarial projection software.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models and reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and pricing.
  • Communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of actuarial experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
