Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of supply chain finance and digital trade.

About the Role:

  • Design and execute innovative supply chain financing products (payables and receivables).
  • Lead the development of Digital Trade propositions using cutting-edge Web3 technology (blockchain, smart contracts).
  • Transform traditional trade document digitization (e-Invoicing, API connectivity, electronic payments).
  • Explore the potential of Web3 applications for trade settlement, payment innovation, and tokenization.
  • Monitor product pipelines, lead sales teams, and deliver products according to strategic objectives.
  • Report directly to the Head of Business Management and represent the product team in relevant forums.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including customer service, sales, relationship management, legal, operations, and IT development.
  • Analyse industry trends and provide recommendations for product policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial institution, Fintech, or Web3 company.
  • Domain expertise in supply chain and Web3 trade digitalization.
  • Knowledge of Web3 domain concepts (different blockchain technologies, digital assets).
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proven track record of driving outcomes and building consensus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
