Utility Coordination Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless utility coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of utility coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and utilities agencies to resolve discrepancies on utility plans
  • Liaise with utility agencies and contractors to resolve interfacing services clashes on site
  • Manage and monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and ensure compliance with authority requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Familiarity with utility authority processes and submission platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A successful applicant should have excellent problem-solving abilities, independence, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
