Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee day-to-day operations on construction and landscaping sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and with high-quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction and landscaping activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Act as the main point of contact on site for contractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Schedule and oversee deliveries of materials and equipment
  • Monitor workforce productivity and manage labour allocation
  • Maintain daily site logs and reporting on progress, delays, or issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance
  • Assist with project planning, resource management, and budgeting as needed
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of construction and landscaping processes, equipment, and materials
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification or diploma in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field
  • Bilingual skills (depending on site/team needs)
