Job Description:

We are a landscape design, construction, and maintenance company in Singapore seeking a Landscape Coordinator cum Driver to lead site operations, ensure high-quality landscape work, and handle transport duties efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise a team of landscape workers in performing softscape and hardscape works, including planting, turfing, pruning, paving, and irrigation.
  2. Coordinate site activities and ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and project schedules.
  3. Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety standards are maintained.
  4. Liaise with project managers and clients on-site requirements and updates.
  5. Drive company vehicle (e.g., lorry/van) to transport workers, plants, tools, and equipment between sites.
  6. Monitor and maintain landscape tools and machinery in good working condition.
  7. Prepare and submit basic site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs.
  8. Enforce safe work procedures and comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
  2. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in supervision and/or horticultural work.
  3. Experience in both softscape and hardscape landscape projects is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
  1. Good knowledge of landscape materials, planting techniques, and site coordination.
  2. Ability to read basic landscape plans and follow project schedules.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and guide work teams.
  4. Able to work independently and under pressure in outdoor environments.
  5. Experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
  6. Aesthetic skills in landscape design.
Licensing and Other Requirements:
  1. Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
  2. Familiar with Singapore road routes and driving regulations.
  3. Willingness to work at multiple sites across Singapore.
  4. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.
Other Details:
  1. 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
  2. Uniform, vehicle, and safety equipment are provided.
