Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to technical training enquiries;
- Effectively manage front-end course administration functions;
- Manage online registration gateway;
- Monitor ad-hoc and urgent training requests;
- Generate regular reports to support training performance management;
- Update marketing materials periodically;
- Support Technical Support Training Unit with course delivery matters.
