Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISE AND TRAIN STAFF: Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVELS: Respond promptly to customer complaints, and take proactive steps to prevent issues from arising.
  • E nsure HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS ARE MET: Regularly inspect the restaurant to ensure that it meets all relevant health and safety regulations.


Requirements:

  • No Prior Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for all new recruits.
  • Affordable Schedule: Work on public holidays and rotating shifts with colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude, Team Player, Service-Oriented Mindset: You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
