Project Coordinator Role

A key objective of this position is to ensure customer site requirements are met through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This involves managing project activities, tracking and resolving site risks, overseeing workers and subcontractors, and facilitating communication among various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Collaborate with customer site operations teams to understand and address their needs
  • Manage new and ongoing projects by liaising with customers on specifications, schedules, and project deliverables
  • Monitor and resolve site risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee the performance of workers and subcontractors at project sites and report any issues to the Project Manager
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing customer care programs by monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing complaints or changes
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to safety, environmental, and health policies; review work activities and job safety risk assessments (JSRA)
  • Provide training to workers on new job requirements and equipment usage
  • Arrange transportation for workers to and from sites as needed
