Robotic Process Automation Specialist

This role focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency by implementing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process automation and develop strategic plans to execute them.
  • Motivate project teams to work effectively towards project milestones and enhance their skills in RPA tools.
  • Participate in continuous training to improve knowledge and expertise in RPA, including best practices and tool proficiency.
  • Support project managers in overseeing project timelines, quality, and client relationships.
  • Work with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Implement RPA projects by analyzing business processes, designing workflows, building, testing, and deploying RPA solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working on RPA projects.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate or other relevant certifications in RPA are highly preferred.
